Memberships
SilverSneakers is a program that may be offered with your Medicare Advantage or Medicare Supplement Plan that entitles you to a free membership at our facility. Please come to the front office to enroll in the SilverSneakers membership. You must provide your SilverSneakers Member ID card that lists your Member ID number on it. If you do not have this card, or you do not know if you have the SilverSneakers program, please call your health plan directly to verify. In order to help us keep this program successful, we ask that you try to check into our facility at least 2 times per week!
