Memberships
Prime® Fitness is offered through select commercial health plans and employer groups to the 18-to-64 age group (not yet eligible for Medicare by age). Prime Fitness is also offered under the Fitness Your Way® name. This plan entitles you to a free membership at our facility. Please come to the front office to enroll in the membership. You must provide your Prime® Fitness Member ID card that lists your Member ID number on it, or bring your Member ID number with you if you do not have a card. If you do not know if you have the program, please call your health plan directly to verify. In order to help us keep this program successful, we ask that you try to check into our facility at least 2 times per week!
