Memberships
Silver & Fit, Fitness Coach, and Active & Fit are programs that may be offered with your Health Plan that entitles you to a free membership at our facility. Please verify with your insurance company that you are enrolled in one of these programs, and then come to the front office to enroll in the membership. Please provide your Silver & Fit, Fitness Coach, or Active & Fit Member ID number. If you do not know this number or know if you have this benefit, please call 877-329-2746 or the number on your insurance card to verify. In order to help us keep this program successful, we ask that you try to check into our facility at least 2 times per week!
