Memberships
Renew Active, One Pass and Aaptiv are programs that may be offered with your Medicare Advantage Plan that entitles you to a free membership at our facility. Please come to the front office to enroll in the Renew Active membership. You must provide your Confirmation Code upon enrollment. If you do not have this Confirmation Code, or you do not know if you have the Renew Active program, please call your health plan directly to verify. In order to help us keep this program successful, we ask that you try to check into our facility at least 2 times per week!
