Programs
This class offers a variety of new and challenging exercises to improve balance and strength. Exercises are designed for all fitness levels. All concepts are based off of modern and ancient balance techniques rooted in deep historical studies. Elliott Knoieczka - Drop-in fee $7. Member registration begins 5/29/2025 at 9am and open registration begins 5/31/2025 at 9am, $5 late fee begins 6/12/2025.
Note:
Children ages 13-15 may enroll in the class with parent or guardian participation, have a completed Youth Weight Fitness Waiver on file, and be at least 5 feet tall. Ages 16-17 may enroll in the class with a completed Youth Weight Fitness Waiver.
