Essential Mobility (8 wk) THURSDAY @ 8:00 a.m.

This modern take on yoga and pilates is a low impact workout that combines yoga, pilates, and strength training together to strengthen and tone muscles. This full body workout that can help to improve flexibility, posture, and balance. Elliott Knoieczka - Drop-in fee $7. Member registration begins 5/29/2025 at 9am and open registration begins 5/31/2025 at 9am, $5 late fee begins 6/12/2025

Children ages 13-15 may enroll in the class with parent or guardian participation, have a completed Youth Weight Fitness Waiver on file, and be at least 5 feet tall. Ages 16-17 may enroll in the class with a completed Youth Weight Fitness Waiver.
